Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Drake Family Artisans. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after your items are made, we will keep you informed on the timeline. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: USPS flat rate Priority shipping is offered to any area and the US Postal Service provides Flat Rate Service and can be calculated at checkout.
We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States on orders over $100 except for hazardous materials.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Drake Family Artisans ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via the US Postal Service.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at drakefamilyartisans@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Drake Family Artisans is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Drake Family Artisans is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We try to address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at drakefamilyartisans@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. on a routine basis even though we offer calculation for those rates. If you are interested in international shipping please reach out to us at drakefamilyartisans@gmail.com prior to placing an order so we can determine if your needs can be met.
Your International order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Drake Family Artisans is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please review the full extent of our Refund Policy.
